&lt;p&gt;current weight: 138.5&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m going on vacation in 15 days, and I&amp;#8217;d really enjoy losing 8.5 lbs by then. That seems reasonable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is what I ate today:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Super nachoes-&lt;span&gt; 790 calories 430 calories from fat 47g of fat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
